About Me
I am a Mexican-American visual artist and art practitioner based in San Diego, California. I primarily focus on acrylic, mixed media, and art installations. I used simple shapes, lines and organic images, color drives my work. I can not think of a world without colors. While the material could be the same, the process is never the same for me. I enjoy taking my time, my work is my outlet, is a response to all the things I experience in my daily life and past. I use elements of my traditions and Neo-mexicanism, I attempt to construct my own idea, analysis and metaphors of what being binational means to me.
